By creating an account on doublesixOS ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Platform is operated by Wahab Publications (Pvt.) Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). If you are registering on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that institution to these Terms.
doublesixOS is a cloud-based institution management platform that provides tools for managing student records, attendance, fees, results, staff, timetables, and related administrative functions. The Platform is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each institution operates in its own isolated workspace. The institution administrator (typically the principal or owner) controls who can access the workspace by inviting users and assigning roles.
You agree to: provide accurate registration information, keep your password secure, notify us immediately of unauthorized access, and not share your account with unauthorized individuals.
New institutions receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, you must select a paid subscription plan to continue using the Platform. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Platform, including student records, staff information, financial data, and academic records. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of operating the Platform and providing our services to you.
We take the security of your data seriously. Our security measures include encryption in transit and at rest, Row Level Security for data isolation, and regular infrastructure monitoring. For complete details, please review our Privacy Policy.

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, hosting provider issues, or force majeure events.
The doublesixOS platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Wahab Publications (Pvt.) Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. "doublesixOS" is a trademark of Wahab Publications (Pvt.) Ltd.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, doublesixOS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. For institutions based in the United Kingdom, relevant provisions of UK data protection law (including UK GDPR) apply to the handling of personal data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of doublesixOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
